In this letter, Kenny references the work of Sarah Atkinson and Kenny states that he wishes he could mine Spanish sources regarding trade with Ireland in the Middle Ages as they would be a very rich source of information. He states that he visited Glenmalure, territory in South Dublin / Wicklow and Wexford controlled by Fiach McHugh O'Byrne in the 16th Century, with Mr [Arthur] Griffith.
