Casement writes all may not be lost and that the company that owned the 'Rhaetia' may be sending the Furst Bismarck to Cobh in February. He also mentions the success of F.J. Bigger's presentation of a portrait of Donal O'Sullivan Beare and his intention of addressing a Volunteer meeting in Limerick.
