Casement writes that the opposition are organising a meeting at Ballymoney to "reply" to their meeting. He also writes that many people feel that a Civil War is coming. Casement feels that the only solution is for England to withdraw for six months to let Ireland to sort its own issues but he knows that this cannot happen.
