Description:Letters to Kavanagh from Duggan, dating from the period of his involvement with the Irish Volunteers and written from Liverpool, Molesworth Street, Dublin and Longwood, Co. Meath. His lettercard, sent from Longwood (postmarked 9 October 1915) refers to his wearing his Volunteer uniform while in the countryside - 'It is quite a sporting style of costume and well suited to the country'.
