Writes: "Police ordered from Castle to arrest or send names [o]f those seen puting up no[t]ices geting printed to put up friday night made no conection time enough beter k wait Hobson k dreds men lik G. Dufy geting on top says we must have leaders who will go whole way tel Bily Dobin trid t[o] start club in Belfast would likly make conections with united irish societies met Mc Culough's nephew in Belfast you tel John".
