The notice demands that "paragraph 2 except the last two lines thereof of the statement of particulars furnished by the defendants [...] be struck out as impertinent irrelevant and embarrassing and as an abuse of the process of the Court". A postscript on the letter reads "Since writing above we have spoken to Mr. O'Kelly."
