Letter from P. O'Sheehan, registrar of the National Arbitration Court to Thomas Foran, enclosing the Court's decision in the case of Séamus Ó hAodha vs. P.T. Daly,

1919 July 31.

Daly is found guilty of the misappropriation of funds, although his "extenuating circumstances" were taken into account; however, on the count of being a British Secret Service Agent, no charge is brought against Daly, although Ó hAodha was found to have "acted in good faith" when he brought the charge. On the letter and report, the inscription "Michaelmas 1924, Daly v I.T.G.W.U. - for Deff" [sic] is made.
