Draft letter by William O'Brien concerning the Irish Co-Operative Labour Press' finances, with an open letter from the Irish Trades Union Congress Parliamentary Committee on the verso,

circa 1912 March.

O'Brien writes that "a rumour is going around [...] that the money subscribed to take over the "Worker" has been diverted into another channel. And it occured to me that if one of the subscribers or shareholders c[oul]d be induced to take action in the matter that the consequences might be awkward for all concerned".
