Fahy described how "no definite pronouncement" was made at a meeting with the Minister for Finance on 9 November, but "a favourable hearing might be accorded, if individual applications were made". Asking for no publicity about the matter, he invites her to attend a meeting in 25 Parnell Square on 12 November at 8:00pm.
