Mentions a "crisis in our finances here" and that he has "decided to promote a Limited Liability Co. to take over the financial control of the two Colleges". His idea is to "accept the help of every Gaelic Leagues or friend of education in the country who can afford a £1 share". Also mentions financial arrangements with "Magee" and "Mr. Holden".
