Description:	The issue raised in the letter of Indian Nationalists inviting Daniel Cohalan to speak despite being warned not to refers to the split within Clan-na-Gael between Daniel Cohalan/John Devoy and Joseph McGarrity, the latter being who Cornelius F. Neenan sided with. Letter refers to a massive boat-ride earlier in June which raised the public profile of Clan-na-Gael considerably, also described in MS 17,467/5/21.
