Contains letters relating to her political activism in the United States, her career as a writer and involvement with Irish P.E.N., her work with Radio Éireann, and her connections among the O'Brennan and Ceannt families. Also included are passes issued to O'Brennan by the Commandant of the Four Courts' Barracks (1922). Correspondents include her sister Lily O'Brennan, her nephew Ronán Ceannt, J. L.
