V.ii.6. Open letter from Charles Style to the tenants on his estate,
1839.
A printed leaflet entitled "To the tenantry upon the Glenfinn estate of T. Charles Style, Bart." in which Style urges his tenants not to challenge new divisions of holdings on the estate being undertaken by his agent, Mr. [John Pitt] Kennedy. Style states that these changes are for the benefit of the tenants and that any opposition will be met with the full extent of the law. Also included is the manuscript draft for another open letter in which Style condemns a Ribbonmen attack on Patrick Doherty.
