Kemble, Amurat by Mr. Macready, Salerno by Mr. Terry, Kaled by Mr. Connor, Anselmo by Mr. Chapman, Gonzaga by Mr. Comer, Sadi by Mr. Treby, Bellamira by Miss O'Neill, The Child by Miss Boden. After which, a Burletta, called 'Midas'...to which will be added, for the 8th time, a New Serious Drama, in two acts, called 'The Castle of Paluzzi or, The Extorted Oath' (In which some of the interesting Facts in a recent Trial on the Continent have been attempted to be put into a Dramatick Shape). Count Salviati by Mr. Macready, Marquis de Castello (Governor of France) Mr. Terry, Ferdinand, Mr. Abbott, Soranzo, Mr. Connor...In Act I [Composed by Mr Noble] A Florentine Festival, By Mr. Noble and Miss Lupino. The Miss Dennetts. The Castle of Paluzzi is published and may be had in the theatre, and of Mr. Sams, 62 Pall mall. Not an order can be admitted. F. Macleish, Printer, 2, Bow-street, Covent-Garden. Vivant Rex et Regina. Miss O'Neill will perform this evening, Bellamira (being the last time of her appearing till after her engagement at Bath). Mr. Braham returns to conclude his engagement on Monday next, by the performance of some of his most popular characters, and will commence on that night with Henry Bertram in Guy Mannering. Tomorrow, for the Benefit of Mrs. Gibbs, (by particular desire) the comedy of 'She Stoops to Conquer' - with a comedy (in 3 acts) called 'Teasing Made Easy'...
 

Never Acted [before] Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. This present Thursday, May 9, 1816. Their Majesties' Servants will perform, for the first time, a new tragedy, called 'Bertram; The Castle of St. Aldobrand'. :

With new scenery, dresses, and embellishments. the new musick [sic] incidental to the tragedy, composed by Mr. T. Cooke. The characters by Mr. [Edmund] Kean, Mr. Pope, Mr. Holland, Mr. Powell, Mr. R. Phillips, Mr. Barnard, Mr. Miller, Mr. Ebsworth, Miss Carr, Mr. Coveney, Mr. Carr, Mr. Kent, Mr. Cooke, Miss Boyce, Miss Cooke, Miss G. Carr, and a young lady (being her first appearance on any stage) [Annotated in manuscript hand in pencil on playbill beside this is 'Miss Somerville']. The vocal parts by Mr. Pyne, Mr. Smith, Mr. J. Smith, Master Harris...The prologue to be spoken by Mr. Rae. the epilogue by Miss Kelly. The scenery by Mr. Greenwood & assistants - The dresses by Mr. Banks and Miss Smith. To which will be added, the musical farce of 'The Review; Or, the Wags of Windsor'...Boxes and places to be taken of Mr. Spring, Rotunda, Brydges Street, from ten till four, and of whom may be had a private box (nightly). Vivant Rex et Regina! No money to be returned...Miss Nash will repeat the part of Lady Racket and perform in the new occasional musical romance called 'The Count of Anjou', tomorrow evening. Tomorrow, Murphy's Comedy, in 2 Acts, called 'Three Weeks after Marriage' with (5th time) 'The Count of Anjou'. On Saturday, the farce of 'Modern Antiques'. On Monday, (5th time this season) 'The Woodman's Hut'. A new melo-dramatick afterpiece will be produced next week, under the title of 'Oberon's Oath: Or The Paladin and the Princess' with new musick, scenes, dresses, &c. The musick [sic] composed by Mr. Parry.
