Being an argument at law made in the Court of Kings Bench, Hil. 20 Caroli Regis, in the case of Connor Magwire, an Irish baron ... fully proving; that Irish peers, as well as commons may be lawfully tried in this court in England, by the statute of 35 H.8.c.2. for treasons committed by them in Ireland, by a Middlesex jury, and outed of a trial by Irish peers: which was accordingly adjudged, and he thereupon tried, condemned, executed as a traytor: ... By William Prynne Esq; a bencher of Lincolnes Inne.

The truest, and most reall relation of the apprehension of three most notorious rebels in Ireland brought to the Parliament in England. :
viz. The Lord Magwire. Collonel Read, cosin germin to Tyrone. Captain Mac Mallion brother to Philomy O Neale. The relation being truly taken from their own mouthes word for word as followeth. With the true decription how they were first taken neer Dublin, apprehended by Captain Smith, and now by him detained, till the further censure of the Parliament. Also the manner of their examination before a committee of both Houses in the courts of wards. And from thence committed to the tower, there to remain until further tryall. Also news from York, with His Majesties propositions to the Lords there.
