William Dwight Porter Bliss
William Dwight Porter Bliss (1856–1926) was an American
Episcopal priest and one of the most famous and influential
Christian socialists at the turn of 20th century. As a devout churchman, organizer, public speaker and an editor of numerous publications for over 40 years, Bliss became a central figure for the entire Christian socialist movement.
