Constituency of Fermanagh and South Tyrone [.] Notice of poll [.] The returning officer of the Fermanagh and South Tyrone constituency hereby gives notice that the poll at this election will be taken on Thursday, 26th May, 1955 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. and that the following are the names and descriptions of the candidates nominated and the names of the persons who subscribed the nomination paper of each candidate, viz. : Philip Christopher Clarke of H.M. Prison, Crumlin Road, Belfast, Clerk. Nomination paper subscribed by Reverend Thomas Maguire, Proposer, and by William Hughes, Seconder. Assentors: Philip McCarron, John Carron, Thomas Campbell, Thomas Tierney, James Hughes, Joseph Murphy, Joseph Carberry, Desmond P. Cox. Election Agent: Art McCaughey, Parochial Rooms, 2, Darling Street, Enniskillen. Robert George Grosvenor, Ely Lodge, Enniskillen, Farmer and Company Director. Nomination Paper subscribed by George Elliott, Proposer, and by John N. Carson, Seconder. Assentors: - John R. Noble, John J. McElroy, William G. Hoey, Albert Dane, James A. Orr, Wilfey Coalter, David J. Carson, Edwin Armstrong. Election Agent: George E. Warren, 16 East Bridge Street, Enniskillen.
