Summary:Featuring the reproduction of an original black and white photograph of Collins on recto of leaflet. Centrefold features brief biography of Michael Collins. Last paragraph reads: “That over one thousand of his political and military opponents, in Kilmainham Jail, knelt and recited the Rosary for the repose of his soul, on the night of his death, bears ample testimony to the greatness of Micheál O Coileain, and to the esteem in which he was held by all”. Printed underneath this is a verse in Irish - “A ré ba ghairid, bhi lán, / De ghniomhartha gaisce na ndán / A chroí mar leanbh bhi grádach, / ‘Ar ngui - a anam go h-ard”, which roughly translates as “His shortest time was full, / Of the heroic deeds of poems / His heart as a child was loving / Our prayers - [to set] his soul high”.
