Murphy, An Post; and Nancy E. Wolff, Cavallo and Wolff. Topics discussed include: interest in purchasing the Mahon papers; their loss by bookdealer Glenn Horowitz; related legal matters; and inventories of the collection. 1991-1995. Secondly there is personal and professional correspondence with draft responses between Derek and Doreen Mahon and John and Evelyn Montague, 1978-1998.

Firstly, there is a copy sheet documenting details of the recording of ‘A Grafted Tongue: The Poetry of John Montague’ written and presented by Derek Mahon, 26 April 1982 on Radio 3. Secondly, material regarding poetry readings include: posters for Derek Mahon poetry readings and joint poetry readings with Montague alongside an article entitled “Northern Irish Lights: John Montague and Derek Mahon, by Anne Devane, ‘Newsletter: The New York State Writer’s Institute’, Spring 1995. There is also a handwritten letter from Adrian Frazer to Union College, New York about promoting a Derek Mahon reading, 19 April 1995.
