Summary:Letterpress broadside details an order for an appointment of a receiver with reference to Hugh Henry Mitchell, (born ca. 1741-1830), M.P. for Ballyshannon (from 1766 to 1768) and subsequently M.P. for Enniskillen from 1771. Formerly a prosperous Irish banker he was declared bankrupt. (His son Colonel Hugh Henry Mitchell (1770-1817), commandered the 4th Brigade of the 4th Infantry Division at Waterloo and was conferred with the honour of Companion of the Order of the Bath on 4 June 1815 and received the Russian Order of St. Vladimir).
