Dún Laoghaire Corporation Election. Polling: 19th August, 1942. :

Electors of Dún Laoghaire - This election, sprung on the country with dramatic suddenness, is obviously a political text. We appeal to you to make it an opportunity to select a good council for the Borough. If a council were elected on political lines, the management of the affairs of the Boro' would be handed over to political control located outside the Boro'.
