Description: Black and white illustration on card signed and dated by the artist "S.Ua. Fagain.06 [1906]" at lower right within the illustration. Title inscribed above image and verse written in ink underneath illustration which depictes a very animated young man, reaching his hand forward through blades of grass, about to touch the small figure of a bearded leprechaun who holds a hammer in his right hand and a shoe in the other. [The artist George Fagan also often signed his name "Ua Fágáin" and 'S. Uí Fhágáin'].
