Stop! don't make him gallop so hard, see there now he has unhorsed me again!!". A groom in the right foreground says to him "hold fast or you'r [sic, you're] ruin'd; let me get out of the way till I faint!". Standing in the right background, a field marshall wearing a plumed bicorne hat says to another soldier of the Tenth Royal Hussars, "Tho' I laugh at them, yet when I see the Military character so degraded it gives me pain"; the soldier remarks "Every man of Sense sees their folly".
