Summary:See also BM Satires 14687, published by Samuel William Fores on 14 January 1824, entitled 'The high German Dr F H-nn, in search of the honey moon'. This print lettered with title 'The High German Doctor' and publication line "Pub. by McCleary, Nassau St". A bearded and somewhat stooped man is depicted at extreme right of print, walking on a pavement in profile to the right; he holds a green umbrella, wears a black hat and a coat of brown material with wide black lapels, he wears a pair of brown trousers and black pointed shoes. A short distance behind him two footmen in livery (both taller in stature than the doctor), walk in unison - they both wear top hats and blue frock coats and both hold walking sticks.
