Letterpress broadside sheet [cropped at bottom of sheet] featuring a woodcut at top of sheet of a member of parliament [possibly Henry Hardinge, (1785-1856) who served as Chief Secretary of Ireland in 1830 and again in 1834-1835] seated but wriggling on a chair, wearing a dunce's hat on his head while having his lips sewn up by [at left] the Lord Chancellor and [at right] Charles Grey, 2nd Earl Grey, (1764-1845) [who served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from November 1830 to July 1834]. With references to Robert Peel, Daniel O'Connell and other contemporaneous politicians within the satirical verses printed at bottom half of sheet.
