The materials of the above [the word "flour" has been written in, in pencil] Mills, stone built, roofed with fine Bangor slate, and including - roof principals, sheeting, and 3 floors of long boards on pine principals, are for sale by private treaty in suitable lots. Top floor dimensions - 48 ft. x 30 ft. under fine principals, cross pieced and sheeted. Also 2 lower floors of same size, and interior compartments, ladders, and the slate roof and stone walls. Floors laid [the word "down" is crossed out] with wooden dowels. Inspection by arrangement with the Auctioneers, to whom offers may be made for the entire of the materials, or in separate lots.
