The Poets' House 1992 Poetry Conferences June 20 - July 3rd / July 18-31 / August 8-21 [,] 3 two week conferences of lectures, readings and workshops in poetry with an American poet and the very best of Irish poets. The Poets' House is the home of James Simmons and Janice Fitzpatrick on Islandmagee and is set 500 feet above Portmuck harbour with dramatic views to Muck Island and across the Irish Sea to Alisa Craig and Scotland. The 1992 Faculty to include Paul Muldoon, Mebdh McGuckian, Paula Meehan, Frank Ormsby, James Craig, Derek Mahon, Eileán Ní Chuilleanáin, Theo Dorgan, Anthony Cronin, Thomas McCarthy and Mark Roper.
