On appeal from His Majesty's Court of Appeal in Ireland. In the Matter of said defendant had taken part in a conspiracy to induce pupils attending the school at which said plaintiff was employed as a Manual Instructress to refuse to attend, and was liable thereby to pay damages for losses to said Plaintiff consequent upon such pupils being withdrawn.
