Tribute to F.J. McCormick :
Paramount presents the Irish premiere of 'Daughter of Darkness' with Anne Crawford and Maxwell Reed and introducing Siobhan McKenna. The entire proceeds of this performance are being donated to the F.J. McCormick Memorial Fund. Capitol Theatre Dublin. 15th April 1948

Commemorative programme issued to accompany performances by Anne Crawford, Maxwell Reed and Siobhan McKenna in a production of 'Daughter of Darkness' with the personal appearances of Anne Crawford and Siobhan McKenna (photographs of both appear in the programme) in the Capitol Theatre, Dublin with Dennis Price, Kathleen Ryan and Noel Purcell and an appreciation of F.J. McCormick by Lennox Robinson. On cover of programme is the reproduction of a portrait of F.J. McCormick by artist Seán O'Sullivan while featured inside the programme is an image of F.J. McCormick as "Shell" in 'Odd Man Out', a film directed by Carol Reed. On page four of this programme are tributes to McCormick from Ernest Blythe, T.C. Murray, Denis O'Dea and the Irish Catholic Stage Guild. Programme features advertisements from the Irish National Insurance Company and New ireland Assurance Company Ltd., 12 Dawson St., Dublin; Odearest beds [O'Dea & Co., Ltd., Wolfe Tone House, Dublin] and Sunbeam Nylons [Sunbeam Wolsey. Ltd. nylon stockings]. A form to subscribe to the F.J. McCormick Memorial Fund is present within the programme with a note from the chairman M. W. O'Reilly and Tim O'Neill, Hon.
