Description: A transcription of the original item at MS 37/20. Limerick discusses in detail the distribution of supplies to the army, and complains about the demeanour and assumption of authority of his own deputy, Sir Edward Scott, which is discreditable to himself and is causing confusion and inconvenience. He says he will have to resign if the matter of authority is not cleared up.
