Summary:The script is typed in blue ink with a small number of additions and emendations in pen or pencil. Single pages from a programme of the play are tipped in at the relevant points in the text. On the title page of the script is added in manuscript 'Stage Manager Art Ó Murnaghan, 1929'.

A letter from Art Ó Murnaghan to R.I. Best , Chief Librarian of the National Library of Ireland, dated 10th April 1931, donating the tyescript to the National Library.

Mac Liammamóir's play was performed at the Mansion House by arrangement with the Gate Theatre. Art O'Murnaghan took various parts as well as being one of the stage managers. Hilton Edwards also acted in it.
