Two leases between Thomas Coleman, of Drogheda, Merchant, and James Norris of Keeran, Co. Meath,
The first lease is dated 20th October 1804 and the second the 10th March 1828; they refer to the lands of Creivagh (Creevagh, Co. Meath) and Mullaghshanagher [modern spelling not known].
The 1804 lease comprises two vellum sheets and a map on paper, hand drawn and coloured, of Creevagh.
The 1828 lease is on one sheet of vellum.
