Summary:Programme, [on yellow paper, featuring an image of Father Cullen in an oval] of the Pioneer Total Abstinence Association of the Sacred Heart Father Cullen Centenary meeting in the Theatre Royal, Dublin, Sunday, November 30, 1941. In the Chair - Most Rev. F.J. Wall, D.D., Bishop of Thasos. "From 2 to 3 pm the Artane School Band (by kind permission of Rev. Bro. Roche, Superior) will render the following programme..." (a selection of consisting of a "march porpourri", excerpts from 'A Country Girl', fantasia on Irish Airs etc.) followed by a raffle and a concert. Includes a paragraph [p. 2.] about the Pioneer Badge and a message from Fr. Cullen [p. 3]. Lyrics of hymns on [p. 4] - "To Jesus' Heart All Burning", "Hail, Heav'nly Queen" and the first paragraph of the [Irish] National Anthem [translated into English] with a notice at bottom of [p. 4] that "Father Gannon's Life of Father Cullen (2d.) and the Souvenir of the Golden Jubilee of the Heroic Offering (3d) will be on sale at the main entrance to Theatre after the Meeting". With the handwritten signature in black ink of C. [Christopher] O'Connor at top of [p. 4].
