The poster is encouraging people to attend a talk by Kieran Allen regarding the separation of church and state and to encourage those to vote in the referendum on 24 November 1995 for the Fifteenth Amendment of the Constitution of Ireland to remove the constitutional prohibition on divorce. [It was approved in the referendum and the the Fifteenth Amendment of the Constitution Act, 1995 was signed into law on 17 June 1996].
