Bound, typescript draft of Harrison's play 'The Prince of Ulster', based on the life of Hugh O'Neill, 2nd Earl of Tyrone. The draft contains extensive manuscript corrections and inclusions throughout. Some additional annotations and commentary regarding the draft are initialled 'E.J.C.'
'The Prince of Ulster' was first produced in San Francisco, with James O'Neill (father of playwright Eugene O'Neill) in the original cast. Harrison was commissioned by O'Neill to write the play.
