Receipt of payment issued to Mr. Waldron for payment of the funeral expenses of Charlotte Manning to William Fanagan. At head of the receipt is an image of the premises of William Fanagan's Job Brougham & Funeral Estabishment, Aungier St., Dublin located "adjoining St. Peter's Church, opposite York St.". Banner printed at top of sheet: 'and Dycer's Repository, Stephen's Green" with two smaller banners printed either side of central image of Fanagan's premises with the words "Carriages for hire" and "All orders punctually attended to" printed on the banners. The receipt details that the remains were collected from the Adelaide Hospital and that a shroud and sheet and a polished oak coffin was purchased along with payment services for hearse, the total cost coming to five pounds, five shillings.
