Summary: | Included are letters to Nolan from Lizzie M. F. Kyle, written from St. Petersburg, dated 8 Dec. 1901, in which she refers to getting letter from him in South Africa (Nolan fought in the Boer War), from Annie (possibly Annie Dolan), dated 1901, from his friend Private H. Woodham, of B Company, the Royal Irish Fusiliers (Feb. 1907), written from Firozpur, the Punjab and from the offices of Malcomson and Law, solicitors of Carlow, concering Nolan's debts (7 Oct. 1907). Also included is a letter to a member of the Nolan family, informing them of Private Nolan's arrival at the military hospital at Netley, Southampton [n.d.] |
