Mannin discusses a dispute over a land survey. He also talks about rent abatement, the general depression in agriculture and his requirement for passage to the river for his stock. He refers to 'Old Miller, my surveyor' and also mentions 'Challenor' who is possibly Samuel Chaloner of Clonmel.
