Item 1. Ground plan and elevation of a one-storey house, possibly a parochial house, with annotations in black ink. The watermark in the paper is 1831.
Item 2. Text begins: 'Stated by the Revd. Wm. Dixon P.P.: as the regular annual charge in a parish [?] rated as 800 families with four heads to each 3200'. This is followed by a list of charges which includes amounts for Easter and Christmas dues, baptisms, masses for souls in purgatory, anointing of the sick etc. The watermark is 1847.
The text on both sheets is in a tremulous hand. The author appears to be a priest.
