The letter is written from Morrisons' Hotel, Dublin, and is addressed to Father McLoughlin and Dr. Cox, who were secretaries of the Election Meeting in Sligo. Parnell responds to a telegram from McLoughlin & Cox informing him that he and Denis O'Connor have been selected as candidates for Sligo. He asks if O'Connor would hold to the same policy as he, Parnell, has become identified with, and asks also regarding the payment of expenses for the election.
Accompanied by a postally used envelope.
