Thomas Shaw, 1st Baron Craigmyle, later known Lord Shaw of Dunfermline and [from 1929] Baron Craigmyle of Craigmyle in the County of Aberdeen, was a Liberal Party politician and judge. He presided over the 'Royal Commission into the circumstances connected with the landing of arms at Howth on July 26th, 1914' [The Howth gun running which involved the delivery of 900 Mauser rifles to the Irish Volunteers at Howth harbour in Ireland on 26 July 1914] and the subsequent publication "Report of the Royal Commission on the circumstances connected with the landing of arms at Howth on 26th July, 1914".
