Seamus Heaney’s memorial to Czeslaw Milosz, the 1980 Nobel Laureate who died in his hometown of Krakow, Poland in 2004. “Saw Music” was first published in 'AGNI 61' literary magazine and appeared in Heaney's critically acclaimed 2006 collection of poetry 'District and Circle'. Printed at bottom of sheet: "Designed by Shawna Parker & Wyn Cooper of Green River Press. Printed with Ed Rayher at Swamp Press [on a VanderCook press]. "Saw Music" was first published in AGNI 61. This is number 175 in an edition of 250, 50 of which are signed by the poet". This is an unsigned copy.
