Summary:Frederick Arthur Bashford Fryer was born on 13th August 1871 and educated at Charterhouse and the Royal Military College. He joined the 6th Inniskilling Dragoons in 1890 and served in the South African War, Egypt, India, and the First World War. He retired with the rank of Brigadier-General in 1920. He died on 23rd September 1943.
