Summary: | Broadside tribute [originally placed in the Waterford paper, 1819] with decorative border; printed in memory of Captain Henry St. George Cole, Esq., former Magistrate and apppointed High Sheriff of Waterford. Featured at top of sheet is a small image of William III on his horse within a circle, surrounded by the words "The constitution, the whole constitution and nothing but the constitution". Accompanied by label of the original framer of this broadside [since removed from its' frame for conservation and preservation reasons] Cornelius Callaghan. Label reads "Cornelius Callaghan / Carver & Gilder / Looking Glass & Picture Frame / Manufacturer / No. [...] Clare St. / Dublin. / Bronbze Figures Gold Bordering for Rooms &c. & c. ". |
