| Notes: | A map of Thomas Adams' Farm in the townland of Gortfad; sold to N. Alexander Esq. M.P. of Portglenone; surveyed by John Logan, 1843. The map is hand coloured. A copy of the pamphlet 'Middle Class House Architecture' by Henry Brace [1881], with two house plans tipped in, one printed and the other hand drawn. An article by James Newlands on farm dwellings is written on the front endpapers of the pamphlet. A plan of a cottage copied from Morton's Cyclopedia of Agriculture and a sketch plan of fields.
