Description: Resolution of a meeting, held on 30 Oct 1799, which recommends the introduction of free trade for Ireland and the consumption of Irish produce and manufacture in Ireland. Includes a list of signatories, among them Col. John Wolfe and the Duke of Leinster.

Also included are copies of undated petition (annotated in Wolfe's hand) requesting the British administration lift all restrictions on free trade in Ireland and an 'Account of the Great-Articles of Export with the Value and Rate of Value for Three Years ended the 25 March 1797 from Ireland to the World'.
