Summary:	Four architectural drawings by architect Joseph Holloway [whose work entailed the conversion of the Mechanics' Institute into a theatre for Irish Theatre Society and National Dramatic company, funded by Miss Anne Horniman (1860-1937)]. Drawings feature the dimensions of the rooms in the ground floor plan for the scene dock and store and the first floor plan featuring painting rooms with indications of the locations of doors. A third architectural drawing labelled "A section thro. AB" is top right of sheet with a fourth architectural drawing underneath this of the "Elevation towards Old Abbey St.". With a note written in pencil by Holloway, bottom centre of sheet: "Note. Actual dimensions to be taken on the spot". Signed off by him lower right of sheet in black ink - "Joseph Holloway MRIAI Architect. 21 Northumberland Road, Dublin".
