Includes the following details - "If an Elector spoils a Ballot paper he can apply for another one. if a voter is unable to read the Presiding Officer shall read out the names of the Candidates and ask him (the Voter) which Candidate he desires to vote for. If the Voter declares for our man see that the Presiding Officer outs an X after the Sinn Fein Candidates name...The Personating Agent should be extremely careful to avoid taking refreshments during Polling Hours, [in italics] except from his own Sub-Agent".
