Correspondence relates to efforts by Redmond to suspend execution sentences to those linked to the Easter Rising, family members of prisoners claiming their innocence and seeking leniency in their sentencing. Also contains a statement by Redmond to the House of Commons on the situation in Ireland, an extract from divisional orders of the Royal Irish Regiment and a suggestion titled ‘Home Rule and Ulster. A Suggestion’.
