Printed letter to the Earl of Longford regarding payment to the yeoman cavalry,

The letter was obviously accompanied by a sum of money (to which reference is made) for payment of the corps under Longford's command. Instructions are given as to what matters can be dealt with by the General Agents, and what must be referred to the Military Department.
The letter is sent from Dublin, and is addressed 'To Captain The Earl of Longford, or Officer Commanding'. There are blanks, filled in by hand, for the date, signature and addressee; there are additional manuscript notes.
